![]() Note the skin shown is NOT a clothing skin made to look like a skin tone, it is an actual genetic skin tone. Both screen shots are using identical base skin textures, the difference is entirely due to the bump map. ![]() ![]() I'm talking about robot and alien creature skins of course, I cannot possible imagine what bumps or crevices anyone would want to enhance on human skins, nudge nudge, wink winkĪs you can see from the screenshots of before and after bump mapping, the results are pretty good and body shop doesn't have a problem with the enhanced skins. Thought I'd see if it was possible to apply bump maps (normals) to skin tone genetics to, shall we say, "enhance the realism" of skins.
